A start-up releases an app that reads you so well it apologizes for you in advance...sending messages to co-workers, family and friends slightly ahead of any missteps you might make.  The app becomes wildly popular and allows the user to choose premium tones, "sincere", "playful", "regretful".  What is the outcome? Is it favorable (or not) for current relationships?

I hear soft taps at my window. I slide the rickety old window up, trying to make the creaking as quietly as possible as to not wake Father Joseph. John creeps in one leg after the other and kisses me. It’s as sweet as honey.
We sit on the bed hand-in-hand, we’ve been planning this. He looks at me with determination.
“Are you sure you’re ready?” he asks.
    “Yes Sean, yes,” I say.
    “But the rumors—“
“Can’t be true,” I insist “they’re just trying to keep us pure.”
    He musters his confidence.
    “I trust you,” he says.
I lie back, my long curls covering the bed like rose petals. He gets on top and lifts my nightgown. I feel him enter me and suddenly every nerve in my body lights up at once in intense pain. My arms fold inward, my legs get thinner and thinner until all I can see is a line. I try to scream out, but the air goes all the way through me.
Two parallel lines from mouth to anus split each of us. We collapse into each other, folding and creasing in agony and dancing like fish out of water. Soon we are wrapped around each other in our struggle, pulled tighter and tighter until escape is not an option and we knot into a mass of fleshy ribbon.
We wanted to be together forever, we got our wish.
